Solar commission report malayalam english in saritha s nair solar case

In kerala politics the most allegations against Congress leaders were submitted through Solar enquiry commission report. This commission found out that former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and many other UDF Ministers were involved in Solar case. The Solar commission report malayalam was of 4 volumes and was around 400 pages in total.

Justice G Sivarajan was Chairman of Solar enquiry commission who found out many controversial revelations of Kerala Congress leaders based on complaints by Saritha S Nair. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi vijayan directed strict legal actions against all people found to be guilty as per this report and actions will be taken as per Prevention of Corruption Act too. Opposition UDF MLA’s raised their voice against revealing details of Solar commission report to media and public.

Immediately after Solar commission report malayalam was submitted in Niyamasabha and given out to media it was fully made available in public domains and online portals. Solar commission report will be used by LDF party as a political tactic against Congress.

Solar commission report malayalam was submitted by Justice G Sivarajan on 26 September 2017 and this commission was actually brought in by UDF government when Saritha S Nair issue came four years back. Initial case was against Biju Radhakrishnan, Shalu menon and Saritha S Nair.

Present investigation by Solar inquiry commission under Justice G Sivarajan was to find out truth in allegation by Saritha S Nair that she was physically abused by many Congress leaders.

Starting of functioning of this commission (സോളാർ കമ്മീഷൻ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്) was on October 2013 and through 353 sittings it found out many shocking facts. In a span of past 4 years this Commission went through 972 documents and took statements from 214 witnesses before coming up with this report.
