Malayalam actor Dileep wife Kavya Madhavan has given anticipatory bail application at high court in Kochi. Actress Kavya Madhavan submitted her bail application on Saturday 16th September 2017. There has been reports that actress Kavya Madhavan anticipatory bail application move at present situation is in connection to actress attack case.
There were possibilities of actress Kavya Madhavan getting arrested for questioning at any moment in this situation.
Malayalam director nadirsha who is close friend of actor Dileep had been taken for questioning last day. But Nadirshah had health problems which made police decide to question him later.
Police had informed that Nadirshah will not be taken into custody by Police till High Court considers his anticipatory bail application. Few days back Nadirshah got admitted in hospital saying that he was having health problems.
Later it was found that it was a drama done by Nadirshah to avoid getting arrested for questioning till his bail application is considered by Court.

On 16 December 2017 Malayalam actress and wife of actor Dileep submitted her anticipayoey bail application (munkoor jamyam) in court. This shows that actress Kavya Madhavan fears that she will get arrested in actress attack case.
In past days Police had gathered lot of evidence regarding phone calls that may prove that actress Kavya Madhavan had connection to Pulsar Suni who is main culprit of this case.

Kavya Madhavan anticipatory bail application at this moment when police DGP Loknath Behra said that case investigation will be completed by September last week itself, shows that Nadirsha and Kavya Madhavan expect an arrest in this case.
Pulsar Suni had said that he had gone to Kavya madhavan’s Villa. Later on investigation it was found that visitor records at Villa in security office had been lost. Based on scientific investigation Police had gathered most evidences connecting Pulsar Suni to actress Kavya Madhavan and Nadirshah.
